The flattop guzzler is an innovative 1,800-gallon, high-density, crosslinked-polyethylene wildlife water catchment system. It can store and collect water in freezing temperatures without the maintenance and malfunctions of older systems. Crosslinked polyethylene is a strong, flexible, lightweight material with ultraviolet inhibitors for superior field longevity. Weighing about 800 pounds, it can be transported without an overload permit on a 16-foot-long flatbed truck or trailer and is light enough that it can be conveyed by pickup or helicopter at the field location.
